I am a keen multi-discipline cyclist, Cytech qualified bike mechanic, wheel builder, freelance MIAS qualified mountain bike guide and CTC qualified cycling guide. I love bike racing and regularly competing in the local Cyclo-cross series in the winter months. Summers are mostly taken up with guiding and with a bit XC mountain bike racing, MTB marathons and 12-hour endurance events. I keep the road bike for pleasure and training, living in Cornwall we have some amazing road rides straight out of the door and its great just to head off without a plan and explore the county. I guide for two of the counties largest providers of cycling holidays, and I am in the process of setting up my own company guiding rides in south-west England, South West Cycle Tours
